Dressed in a stylish outfit that effortlessly blended contemporary fashion with nostalgic ’90s vibes, Suri Cruise, age 17,was immediately dubbed her dad, Tom Cruise’s double by fans and onlookers. Comments flooded social media, with one fan noting, “I see nothing but dad in her face,” while another echoed the sentiment, saying she’s “Tom’s spitting image” and unmistakably her “father’s daughter.”
One commenter found it funny that Suri was at one time one of the most famous celebrity children, but was now living a “normal healthy life.” The commenter remarked on how interesting it was to watch Suri grow up into the beautiful young woman she is today.
For Katie Holmes, protecting her daughter’s privacy while nurturing her persona has been paramount. “I’m very grateful to be a parent, to be her parent. She’s an incredible person,” she shared. Holmes also remarked that she could see ’90s style coming back through her dauhgter and wished she heeded her own mother’s advice to save some clothing items from her youth.

Her vocal rendition of “Blue Moon” graced the opening credits of the movie “Alone Together,” directed by her mother, showcasing her impressive musical prowess. Additionally, she contributed her singing to “Rare Objects,” another testament to her burgeoning artistic talents. “I hope she always does something on my films. The outing was to celebrate her famous mom’s 45th birthday in New York City. When fans saw Cruise’s teenage daughter, many marveled at the striking resemblance between the father and daughter.
Fans of the “Top Gun” star filled the comment section of the social media pictures showing Suri out celebrating with her mom, Katie Holmes, pointing out how much she looks like her dad. In this regard, one fan stated, “She’s Tom’s twin.” Another supporter commented, “She’s her father’s clone…”
The public is not the only cohort of people who think Suri resembles her father, as when she was first born, her doting mother previously said her daughter looked like Cruise. However, Cruise believed Suri to look like her mom, Holmes.
Holmes and Cruise welcomed their daughter in April 2006 and from the minute Suri was born, her parents loved and doted on her. Of Suri, Holmes expressed, “She’s a glorious girl. She’s the miracle of our life.”
Cruise has another daughter whom he adopted with his ex-wife Nicole Kidman, and the former couple have an adopted son, too. Bella and Connor are now grown and live just outside London and Miami, respectively.
Connor and Bella have also been great older siblings to their younger sister Suri, whom they doted on as children when she was just a baby, according to Holmes and Cruise.
