Britney Spears and husband Sam Asghari are facing “deep trouble” within their marriage, with tensions having boiled over, according to reports.
TMZ claim that the Baby One More Time singer, 41, and her model partner, 29, are regularly involved in verbal fights, whilst it’s also been said that Britney has “got physical” with Sam.
The pair tied the knot last June, but it would appear the pressures of married life are already exacting their toll. TMZ even say that the couple’s security have been forced to step in at times to separate them.
What’s more, it’s been claimed that Sam rarely stays at home with his wife anymore, while other rumors insist that Britney’s temper has flared often of late.
The Toxic singer got the rumor-mill rumbling last week when she posted a comment to her Instagram about relationships.
“In every relationship there’s the person who falls asleep instantly and the other person who lies awake wondering how that’s even possible,” read her post.
While it’s far from damning on the face of things, it was enough to leave people speculating over whether or not she was referring to her situation with Sam. Last month, the pair were each pictured without their wedding rings, though an insider is reported to have assured the Daily Mail that all was well.
“All is good,” the source said.
“Sam is working on a project and she is on a vacation with [manager] Cade [Hudson].”
The pair’s wedding ceremony was held last June at Spears’s home in Thousand Oaks, LA. Her estranged family members were not on hand to watch the union, and Britney is said to have walked herself down the aisle.
“Britney walked herself down the aisle,” a source told People. “She looked absolutely stunning in her main dress. She cried happy tears at some moments.
“It ended up being the happiest night for Britney. She wanted a fairytale wedding and she got it. Britney looked stunning.”
Here’s to hoping Britney and Sam can patch things up. Lord knows Britney’s been through enough torment and trouble in her life.
