Travolta’s video for his daughter’s birthday was magical; it started with fireworks and a special song that the actor thought would be perfect for the occasion. “Here’s a song for you on your birthday, my dearest Ella!” he wrote.
The song was Henry Mancini & His Orchestra’s theme to 1961’s Breakfast at Tiffany’s, and as it played in the background, the father and daughter were seen posing together and walking hand in hand toward Cinderella’s castle. Travolta sweetly finished his caption with: “I love you with all my heart!! Your Dad!!”
Travolta has always shared his travel adventures with his family. A month before their Disney trip for Ella’s birthday, the “Pulp Fiction” star had celebrated his birthday in Las Vegas.
Since the actor had just earned his Boeing 737 license, he wanted to use the trip to recreate his favorite childhood airline poster of TWA (Trans World Airline) urging fans to fly to Vegas.
Travolta was joined by his daughter and a few other friends. They indulged in a bit of gambling and dancing, watched a few shows, and were flown home to Los Angeles by the actor.
Ella also opened up about her relationship with her father on the HollywoodLife podcast. She said Travolta was the main person she took advice from, but more importantly, her father supported her dreams and encouraged her to live a life true to her.
Ella also spoke about how it was growing up with famous parents. At first, it wasn’t very clear, but she said it eventually made sense that her parents were the same people in movies.
The 23-year-old who enjoys watching her parents’ movies, remembered singing to one of her father’s biggest films, “Grease,” with her friends.

Old photos of Ella and her father resurfaced, and seeing how different the 23-year-old looked then; fans thought she was pregnant. “Great Ella Travolta. She’s pregnant; what happiness; Congratulations,” said a commenter.
In other photos of Ella from years back, commenters pointed out her weight too. One user said, “She is a little big.” However, others immediately noticed her resemblance to her father. “Ella is a copy of John Travolta. Beautiful… and her way enchants me!” expressed a fan.
Since entering her 20s, Ella has shed a lot of weight. Her mother, Preston, had also lost weight after having children. The late actress was 48 years old when she fell pregnant and confessed that she worried if she would be able to bounce back. But thanks to a workout and diet plan created by one of her friends, Kirstie Alley, she got her body back.
Through Alley’s program, Preston said she was able to lose 39 pounds. What made her happier was that she felt healthier and more energetic than ever before. The weight loss plan consisted of dancing every day for two hours and following an organic diet.
